About Us
Sarasvati IP was founded to offer intellectual property advisory services that combine professional practice with research. The team brings together experience in litigation, corporate advisory work and engagement with public agencies, and maintains academic collaboration ties. We work in small teams, with partners directly involved in every matter, and with a network of technical collaborators and correspondents in other jurisdictions.
Projects
A laboratory needed to defend the launch of a drug against another laboratory's patent. We analyzed the patent's validity in light of examination guidelines and comparative practice, designed the litigation strategy and represented the client in the lawsuit and in interim injunctions.
We carried out studies of patenting activity linked to green technologies in Latin America, identifying the leading applicants, the jurisdictions of protection and the dominant technologies.
